Our Name, Our Mission
“WILCO” is short for “Will Comply” — a term rooted in U.S. military radio communications meaning “message received, understood, and will comply.” It reflects exactly what we help businesses do: understand and comply with the complex regulations that govern U.S. government contracting.
Entering the U.S. government contracting market is not for the unprepared. From cybersecurity and export controls to the hundreds of clauses in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the barrier to entry is high — and compliance isn’t optional.
As U.S. trade attorneys, former contracting officers, and cybersecurity professionals, we saw the same story repeat: companies with great potential arriving too late for help — after missed bids, compliance issues, or costly delays. We were constantly putting out fires when we knew there was a better way.
